I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location inside Mont Saint Michel park was convenient, but the rooms were small and stuffy even with the window open despite a cooler outside temperature. The service was friendly and helpful, but there was some pushing for tips. The dining options were fresh and plentiful, but the breakfast area was busy. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and updated baths, even though moving around the lower level and stairs could be a bit tricky. The bright and cute decor made the rooms feel cozy, but I did notice they were not as clean as I would have liked.
The hotel has modern and comfortable rooms facing the inner yard. Despite requesting a quiet room, it felt tight when we were all in it at the same time. The service was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff fluent in English. The location was fabulous, with plenty of free parking and just a few meters from the bus stop to Mont Saint-Michel. The dining experience was really nice with a lot of choices, and the facilities were of high quality.
